GEO-KIDS - Our Changing Earth

Do you know which one of our 50 United States will be bigger in the year 2020 than it is now?

Did you know that all of the Great Lakes were once shallow salt - water oceans?

Do you know why Southern California has been the real "rock & roll" capital for millions of years?

Come learn about the Earth's volcanoes, earthquakes, and slowly drifting continents in our newest exhibit, Geo-Kids. Climb on the volcano, but watch for its next eruption! Find out which kind of buildings can withstand a "trembler." See the fossilized proof of ocean life that YOU can find on the shores of Lake Michigan.
